1. Acceptance of Terms

Deposit and loss limits can be decreased immediately but increases require a cooling-off period. Self-exclusion can be temporary (ranging from 24 hours to 6 months) or permanent. During self-exclusion periods, you will not be able to access your account, and any attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by creating new accounts will result in permanent account closure.

9. Limitation of Liability

Upon account closure, you must cease using the Service. If your account is closed for violations of these Terms, aokbet may forfeit remaining account balances. If your account is closed without violation, remaining balances will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding obligations.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the aokbet Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

12. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. aokbet's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and aokbet regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
